Does it work with Mac, MacMail, Outlook, iOS, Android?

Yes. InboxAI does not install any software. It is connecting directly to your emails source (i.e. Office 365, Gmail, Exchange) using web interfaces as well as to your CRM. So it can support any email client including Outlook, Gmail, MacMail as well as any email sent from your mobile devices.

Do you need to install anything on my PC?

Is all data organized automatically?

Yes. InboxAI applies advanced data science techniques to identify the right account, contact and opportunity that should be used for each activity captured.

Can I use the data enriched by InboxAI, for my reports?

Yes. InboxAI enriches the standard objects like accounts, contacts, opportunities. You can enrich existing reports, list views, forms with this data or build new ones. Your CRM becomes way more data rich.

Can I identify stale accounts and contacts

Yes. InboxAI enriches CRM with information like last inbound and outbound activity, last and next meeting, so you can very easily identify accounts and contacts that are stale.

Will InboxAI create new contacts?

If you’d like it. If you choose so, any contact that is part of an email/meeting exchange will be added and associated to the right account and opportunity.

What information is posted to CRM?

Only activities (emails and meetings) held with your accounts as defined in CRM. InboxAI is using the list of accounts in CRM as a “white list”. All internal emails/meetings are skipped. In addition, you can define selected domains and emails that should be excluded “black listed”.

Can InboxAI support non-CRM users?

Yes. InboxAI can scan as many mailboxes as you’d like and post their content using the CRM API independent of the number of users that you have in CRM.

Can I update a mailbox of someone that left the company?

Absolutely. InboxAI can connect to any mailbox and get the data, so you know the contact people and the discussion that this person had with your accounts.

How much time is needed to get it working?

What does the K-score mean and how is it calculated?

How does InboxAI match a created contact to an account?

InboxAI matches accounts based on domain names on email addresses. If the capture is not found to an existing account, you can go into your admin portal to select if you would like to create a new company record. 

Is InboxAI compliant with the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)?

Yes. InboxAI is classified as a processor under GDPR.  Zoominfo offers Data Processing Addendums (DPA) for any customer that needs to comply with GDPR.  Zoominfo also supports GDPR data removal requests when needed.

Is the security of the system audited?

Yes. Zoominfo maintains SOC 2 Type II certification for the InboxAI service.  The underlying Microsoft services also maintain SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications for software, network, and physical security.

Is the data encrypted?

Yes.  All data processed by the InboxAI service is encrypted at rest and encrypted in flight on all connections to external systems (email, calendar, CRM) and between the InboxAI user interface and the cloud service.

Where is the data stored?

InboxAI is hosted on Microsoft’s Azure cloud.  All data currently resides in US data centers.  

What information does InboxAI store?

InboxAI connects to both email, calendar, and Salesforce.  For each user’s mailbox that is connected, InboxAI retrieves and stores messages, attachments, and meetings with external parties other than those on a tenant specific blacklist.  From those messages, InboxAI also extracts contact information including email address, name, and where available title and phone number. This data is matched with account, lead, contact, and opportunity data coming for CRM.
