Removal request process

When you are requested by your customers or prospects to remove an individual email address or entire email domain, you’ll email the request to [email protected].

ZoomInfo InboxAI will scan through all emails, meetings that exist in its database and remove any item that includes the email addresses provided. It’ll also scan through any email and meeting that was posted into Salesforce and delete it.
